Monitor

The 12-item fortitude scale (HCF-12) is easy to administer.  It can be measured and benchmarked. Periodic reassessment can be used to understand trends over time.


Improve

Leadership Development

Education – Our team of seasoned professionals have been working with healthcare professionals for decades. We offer in-person and virtual training modules to improve fortitude. 

1:1 Executive Coaching –  our team of ICF certified coaches have years of work and coaching experience at all levels of healthcare. 

Cohort-Based Learning – provides a group of your employees with individual 2:1 coaching with a certified coach and leadership mentor plus bi-monthly group sessions.  During group sessions, the cohort will be able to confidentially share their insights and challenges among their peers through a learning community.


Our “Dynamics of Leadership” series is a 12-month cohort-based learning series designed to provide your leaders with the skills necessary to effectively lead.  Studies show that many healthcare leaders are placed into roles without necessary leadership skills.  This can result in burnout and can spillover to subordinates, resulting in the loss of critical talent.
